Common questions

How do I invite a teammate? Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen (Workspace and settings) and generate an invite code; your teammate enters it on their own Workspace and settings screen.

How do I access the shared Directory? Open the Directory tab. ReferralFit is free; the Directory and Benchmarks are included.

Reminders aren't firing. Reminders are local notifications; make sure notifications are allowed for ReferralFit in iOS Settings.

How do I delete my account? In the App, tap the gear icon at the top of the screen (Workspace and settings), scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You can also email us from your account address and we will remove your account and workspace data within 30 days.
