ReferralFit is free to use, on iPhone and in your browser. Interventionists, practices, and treatment programs pay no fees: no subscriptions, and nothing to buy.

Free for treatment programs
Claiming your listing, keeping your open beds, levels of care, insurance, and admissions contacts current, answering placement requests, and adding your credentials in the center portal are all free. There are no fees for programs. ReferralFit for programs
The one thing that may cost you
AI-drafted follow-ups are optional. They run on your own Anthropic account with your own API key, and Anthropic bills you directly for that use. ReferralFit sells nothing and receives no payment for it. Every other part of Follow up works without a key.
If that ever changes
If we ever add paid features, we will post them on this page and tell you before you are charged anything, and you will not be charged without agreeing.
