About ReferralFit

ReferralFit is built for addiction-intervention and recovery professionals in group or private practice: the people who help a family find the right care, and who keep the relationships with programs, therapists, and colleagues that make that possible.

The idea behind it is simple. The program a family is offered should depend on what fits them, not on who sends referrals to whom, and not on who pays. That rule is written into how the app ranks programs, and the app's automated tests check it. Read the placement-integrity principles.

ReferralFit is an app for practices and their staff, on iPhone and in the browser. Treatment programs keep their directory listings current, answer placement requests, and add their credentials through a separate center portal. It is completely free: nobody pays a fee to use it.

What ReferralFit is not

ReferralFit is not a treatment provider, a referral service for the public, or an emergency service. It does not recommend programs to families directly, and programs cannot pay it for placement or ranking.
