Placement request
ReferralFit issues a claim code for your listing. Redeem it in the ReferralFit center portal, and your edits go live for every practice that has added you: levels of care, insurance panels, admissions contacts, and cost.
Verification status stays with ReferralFit.
Tell the network what is open today, for men and for women, and who is on call for admissions. Practices see it on your directory card and in their match results.
Practices ask several programs at once whether they can take a client. Requests addressed to your listing arrive in the portal with a de-identified summary and the asking practice's name. Answer whether you have a bed, whether you would likely accept, the earliest admit date, and your daily rate, and change your answer until the deadline. You never see where you ranked or who else was asked.
Add your state license, accreditation (The Joint Commission, CARF, or another body), LegitScript certification, and NPI. ReferralFit verifies them, and practices see what is on file and current before they refer. Credentials never change ranking.
The ground rules
Not at any price. Claiming your listing or adding credentials never moves you up a match. Ranking is fit alone: clinical needs, cost to the family, location, track record, and an open bed when a practice asks for one.
A family's insurance and cost details stay with the practice. The program's copy of a placement packet never carries them.
Practices keep their cases, notes, and referral history private. The directory holds business listings, not client data.
Track record comes from outcomes practices record themselves, and network figures appear only when at least five practices have contributed.
